IBEW Local 488 member Willie McBride was recently elected to the position of Employee Representative on the Civil Service Commission for the City of Bridgeport by a handy margin.  We are proud of Willie's accomplishment and we know he will do a great job representing the employees of our largest city. 

Brother McBride currently serves our Local Union in several capacities.  He is member of the Local 488 Executive Board and our Joint Apprenticeship Training Committee.  He is also an electrician and the Steward for all of the tradesmen and women employed by the City of Bridgeport.  Willie does a tremendous job in all of these capacities and we have no doubt that he will be an excellent representative on the Civil Service Commission for the City of Bridgeport.
